Message	happens beyond one's control especially when items are being shipped using the courier "gorillas" and when coming from overseas. That exhaust looks brand new and the dent could have happened anywhere including at HKS! You can acuse Coz of knowingly shipping you a damaged product, buy his reputation speaks for itself on this forum and you definitely should have approached this situation a bit more maturely!
